Prevent And Neutralize Discriminatory Attitude
Youth Exchange, Curtea de Argeș – Romania, 2018
30 young people (5 participants + 1 team leader) from Italy, Spain, Poland, Turkey and Romania, involved in a number of activities, at the end of which they will understand how various stereotypes are affecting society and the ways in which these can be fight against.
They will learn to develop the ability to analyse diverse information and also learn them correctly and objectively, but most importantly, we aim – at the end of the project – to achieve our main objective, namely to prevent the perpetuation and spreading of discriminatory attitude, stereotypes and intolerance for a group of at least 5000 people.
We have chosen the following specific objectives:
– to determinate more than 90% of participants in the project to eliminate from their perspective the idea of discrimination, marginalization and the stereotypes;
– developing among the participants the capacity to analyze the discriminatory situations and informing them about methods of solving/minimizing these;
– developing the capacity to understand the negative effects which discrimination has on society, among the participants and among a group of at least 2500 people from all the partner countries.
