Short Update
Over the past months, youth workers from Germany, Romania, France, and Poland worked together to create, test, and improve tools that support the green transition in youth work. These tools now live on in the form of a practical Toolkit and a rich Guidebook, both created with real needs and local contexts in mind.
From creative games like the Green Shark Tank to mindful walks in nature and practical planning sessions, the Toolkit offers ready-to-use activities to raise environmental awareness and help young people develop green skills in an interactive way.
The Guidebook adds depth: implementation strategies, case studies, and advice for adapting the tools to different communities. It shows how theory meets practice – and how small steps can lead to big change.
To share the results, we organized Multiplier Events in all four countries. More than 100 people participated – students, teachers, youth workers, and professionals. They tested the tools, gave feedback, and discussed how to continue promoting sustainability in youth work.
